Brazilian Breakfast Menu
Monday-Friday 8:00a-11:00a

$8 Sinha's Crepes. Delicate crepes served with choice bananas, homemande compotes and agave nectar.

$8 Gaucho Breakfast. Shredded corned beef with grilled onions, bacon, scrambled eggs, and sliced pineapple.

$8 The Girl from Ipanema. Choice of vegetarian quiche or ham and cheese served with tropical fruits.

$8 Mineirinho no Rio. Corn meal mush (Angu) topped with shrimps, collard greens (Couvinha Mineira), and sliced oranges.

$8 Sinha's Crepes. Smoked salmon, cream cheese and onions and tomatoes salsa.

The above items include choices of bread: Brazilian cheese bread (Paozinho de queijo) or other breads.


Brazilian Mini Brunch
Monday-Friday 11:30a-2:00p

$12 Shrimp Bobo (bobo de Camarao). fresh shrimp (camarao) in a puree of dried shrimp, manioc (cassava/yucca) meal, coconut milk, ginger flavored with palm oil called dende.


$12 Chicken Salpicon (Salpicao de Galinha). Thin strips of chicken tenerloin, corn, green peas, diced potatoes, olives, rasins, onions, parsley in a light mayo served over lettuce leaves.


$12 Brazilian Top Sirloin (Picanha). Strips of Brazilian grilled top sirloin steak (Picanha) with grilled onions.

Mini brunch includes: black beans, basmati rice and heart of palm salad.

Additional Mini Brunch items include: Pulled Pork (shredded marinated pork butt, slow cooked in a delicious sauce), Brazilian Fish Stew (fresh cod fish loin cooked with lemon juice and coriander seeds), Tofu with Mushrooms (cubed tofu sauteed with mushrooms, with a touch of Algarve honey, sesame oil, sprinkled with scallions and herb)
