This neighborhood is greatly underappreciated for its fantastic location. If we received assistance from our local Alderman and the city government, we would have less business vacancies and high demand residential demand for NWS. Pete’s Fresh Market is a perfect example of how our local government is hindering progress. It’s taken nearly 2 ½ years longer than anticipated. Other areas will have grocery stores before us, when their projects started years after Pete’s. Pete's will drive additional retailers. Get Pete's on track and the rest will follow.
