Transportation Plan
"The final recommendations for the Reconnecting Neighborhoods study were prepared through the efforts of the City of Chicago, the Regional Transportation Authority, CTA, Metra, and the project planning consultants, the Metropolitan Planning Council, HNTB Corporation and MKC Associates. Many citizens, staff, advisory task force members and officials of the City of Chicago participated in the planning process. There involvement and insights are sincerely appreciated."
